Rule #1Your personal skills never move. They're wired to launchd crons by their exact path, so relocating one silently breaks its cron. Everything in skills/ that you actually run stays exactly where it is.

Rule #2Only team-share skills + loose files relocate. Skills you built to hand to the team (you don't run them yourself) get their own top-level home so they're easy to find and never clutter your own skill list.
