What I built tonight
- One permanent sheet, Claude-owned. No more new spreadsheet each month. Payroll breakdown + other reports point here forever.
- 2026 Scoreboard at the top: all 4 agents (Ardie, Remie, Joan, Ross) + Team, every month Mar–Jun, showing Points / Hours / PPH. July column is live and auto-fills.
- Current month = full detail (July grid, all 4 agents, 21 metric rows) that auto-fills daily. Closed months collapse to totals only — your rule.
- Accuracy engine: a tidy data table + weights lookup drives every number by formula. A reconciliation gate refuses to publish a day if hours are missing (this is what broke the old Monday report).
- Verified live access: Gorgias API (auth OK) and Paycor hours (via time punches, exact — Ardie Jun 2–5 = 6/4/4/4 hrs) both pull tonight.
Team PPH by month (what you validate on):
Mar 22.28Apr 21.89May 21.46Jun 22.09
Decisions — approve or decline
Stucks & things I wasn't sure about
- Old reports' team totals were inconsistent. April's own "team total" cell reads 7,777 but the four agents actually sum to 8,575; May's cell was 271 high. I switched the tracker to Team = sum of the 4 agents (each agent's Overall copied exactly). Decision D3 asks you to confirm this. Old numbers you'd seen (April 7,777 / May 9,799) were misreads.
- iHR vs ITAM social scoring. iHR social (FB/IG/TT) is credited at ×21 (hours-based), but ITAM social at ×1 (count-based). Looks inconsistent. Decision D4.
- Gorgias metric pull not yet finalized. Auth works and hours (Paycor) work, but I have not yet reconstructed + tested Ross's exact Gorgias "reporting stats" query body, so I did not schedule the daily writer yet (I won't schedule a job that could post wrong numbers). Decision D6.
- Small rounding drift. March per-agent sums to 8,832.8 vs an old team cell of 8,822.5 (~0.1%). I kept the exact per-agent Overall values from the reports, as you asked.
