For Jose: a few answers to finalize the role

Answer in the boxes below (bullets are fine, you do not have to fill every one). Hit Submit at the bottom and the answers save straight to Anthony. No email needed. The starred items are the ones that also let us set the salary number.

Who does this Assistant Manager report to (you, or a Vegas site lead)? Are they the #2 on the floor or one of several supervisors? Is part of the job standing up the new operation (layout, equipment, processes), or stepping onto an already-running floor?
How many people do they directly supervise at launch? After the September move? What roles report to them (pickers/packers, receivers, returns, shipping, leads)? One shift or the whole floor?
Which are in their scope: receiving, putaway, pick/pack, outbound shipping, returns, inventory/cycle counts, freight & dock, replenishment? Anything explicitly NOT theirs (handled by another team)?
Rough daily order/unit volume Vegas will run (launch vs. peak)? The 3 to 4 numbers this person is held to (units-per-hour, pick accuracy, on-time ship %, safety)? What systems will they actually use (WMS name, ERP, ShipStation/Shippo, Shopify, scanners)?
What does AI-native mean for this role in practice? Give 1 or 2 concrete things you'd want to see (e.g., uses dashboards/AI to plan labor, analyze throughput, write SOPs).
Minimum years total, and minimum years leading a team? Must they come from e-commerce/DTC fulfillment, or is general warehouse / 3PL / distribution fine? Required certs (forklift, OSHA, Lean/Six Sigma): required or nice-to-have? Physical: lifting weight (25 or 50 lbs?), forklift operation? Your top 3 must-have traits for this person.
Preferred title: "Assistant Manager," "Assistant Operations Manager," "Warehouse Supervisor," or other? Confirm the shift (placeholder is 6 AM to 2 PM). Weekends? Peak-season overtime? Is there a clear growth path (e.g., into Warehouse Manager / Site GM as Vegas scales)?
