Weekly COO Review

Corporate — Anthony board, week of Aug 28–Sep 4, 2026

39 cards in your active queue (Triage/Up Next/Priority/Ready to Review)
Aug 28 – Sep 4, 2026
Card count moved the wrong direction this week (33 to 39). Two Ready-to-Review items need your sign-off, and one card has now been claimed and not delivered three weeks running. React to the proposed pattern below with the buttons, that trains next week's review.

Card Count Movement +6 net

33
start (last Friday)
39
end (today)
+6
net change
Start number comes from last Friday's review card (2026-08-28), which reported 53 active cards total (Triage 4, Up Next 17, Priority 11, Ready to Review 1, Brian 11, Team 9). Stripping out Brian's and Team's columns (not your queue) gives a start baseline of 33. Today's live snapshot is 39 (Triage 5, Up Next 17, Priority 12 including 3 on hold, Ready to Review 2). Net change: +6, the wrong direction against the goal of trending down week over week. Most of the growth is new Triage/Priority intake (AI Radar, two newsletter ideas, a quiz card) rather than backlog rot, but it is still growth, not shrinkage.

Resolved Autonomously 1

AI Priority 4: L2 self-assessment, step closed — checked off "L2 share in Do Better for feedback" using a real evidence trail (Anthony's Slack message in #anthony-brian on 2026-08-25 confirming Matt gave feedback), not a guess.
Card 10165563193, Priority for this week

Awaiting Your Call 6

ATS page stuck loading for Homer — buying-intern req pipeline (23 new candidates) is inaccessible, unclear if browser or backend issue, needs investigation and a fix. Open card
Card 10267456257, Ready to Review, filed 9/3, unresolved bug
Meal Log Family Mode — 3 parked decisions — D1: add ANTHROPIC_API_KEY to the cron env for the direct-API path (works on fallback until then). D2: confirm nothing clips at phone width on your first open this soak week. D3: install Tailscale on Yessi's iPhone once the soak week passes. Open card
Card 10234723895, Ready to Review, verdict PASSED
Anthony x Brian sync follow-ups, claimed 3x and not delivered — promote to Priority for this week so it gets real attention, or trim to the two URGENT items (skills auto-push test, install-consistency test) and drop the rest. Open card
Card 10216809198, Up Next
Newsletter idea: Anthropic stolen-session account hijacking — auto-drafted try-this, needs your yes/no on malware hygiene/session monitoring push to the team. Open card
Card 10266595213, Triage, due 9/8
Newsletter idea: Meta auto-DM replies on IG ad comments — auto-drafted try-this, needs your yes/no on scoping it for iHeartRaves/INTO THE AM ad campaigns. Open card
Card 10253095742, Triage, due 9/10
AI Radar Friday 9/4 — idempotency/verification pattern for Chargeback Agent and Pam auto-draft is the top pick this week, needs your read and a go/no-go on the pilot. Open card
Card 10273426485, Triage, due 9/9

Blocked 1

Anthony x Brian weekly sync follow-ups — "Strip Brian-identifying refs from keep-alive script" step is waiting on Maddie sending the file, no movement this week.
Waiting on: Maddie (script delivery)

Loop gaps: jarvis — zero comments, no activity since creation.

Feedback This Week 0 👍 / 0 👎

What I did right: closed the AI Priority 4 step with a cited source (Slack message, dated) instead of marking it done on assumption, and kept the two Ready to Review cards clean with a clear PASSED verdict and explicit parked decisions on Meal Log.
What I got wrong: the Anthony x Brian weekly sync follow-ups card was claimed by Claude PM three separate times (8/20, 9/1, 9/4) with a "will post results here" promise each time, and nothing was ever delivered. This is the same stall pattern the 8/28 review flagged on the LibreDesk card, it repeated on a different card this week.
No explicit 👍/👎 reactions from Anthony were found on PM comments this week (checked Triage, Up Next, Priority, Ready to Review), and last Friday's review card was never marked up with approvals or rejections either (see Overlap Watch and Prior-Week Learning Loop note below).

Proposed Auto-Approval Patterns 2, proposed, no track record yet

Default owner + due-date assignment on ownerless Corporate-Anthony cards

Jarvis auto-assigns new cards without an explicit owner/date to Anthony with a sensible default due date. This happened again this week (AI Radar, both newsletter-idea cards) with no incidents. Proposed again since last week's pattern got no recorded thumbs up or down.

Rationale: pure bookkeeping, no irreversible action, consistent every time it has been checked across two weeks now. Proposed, no track record yet, since last week's card shows no recorded vote either way.

Newsletter-idea auto-draft cards auto-close if untouched past their due date

The newsletter action bridge auto-drafts a Triage card every time a "try this" item repeats across two digests. These are low-stakes reading assignments, not decisions with consequences. Proposal: if one sits untouched past its due date with no reply, auto-archive it instead of letting it age into a stale-card flag.

Rationale: no real cost to letting a newsletter idea quietly expire, and it would cut Triage noise. Proposed, no track record yet, this is the first week two of these have been live at once.

Open Questions For You 4

  1. ATS bug — want this investigated now given Homer needs the 23-candidate pipeline, or is there a workaround already in place?
  2. Meal Log D1/D2/D3 — OK to add the ANTHROPIC_API_KEY to the cron env, and should Tailscale go on Yessi's phone once the soak week clears?
  3. Brian sync follow-ups card — promote to Priority for this week, or trim to the two URGENT items and drop the rest?
  4. Three stale cards flagged for auto-trash — any of the two Loop-gaps cards or the Skills tracker card worth rescuing before next Friday, or let them go?

Duplicate / Overlap Watch instrumentation closed

The 2-week instrumentation window for this section closed 2026-08-24, which has now passed. This is one of the final observation weeks before the section either gets retired or gets real data to run on.
This week's scan (Triage, Up Next, Priority plus its on-hold sublist, Ready to Review) found no case of two agents or sessions covering the same ground. The repeat pattern found this week (the Brian sync card claimed three separate times) is a single-card stall, not a cross-session duplicate, the same distinction made about LibreDesk last week.
Recommendation unchanged from last week: no confirmed overlap evidence across either week this instrumentation has run. Recommend retiring this section.
