Corporate — Anthony board, week of Aug 21–28, 2026
53 active cards (Triage/Up Next/Priority/Ready to Review/Brian/Team)
Aug 21 – Aug 28, 2026
This is a light week by volume but includes a real miss (see Feedback) and one live decision on a small-claims filing. React to auto-approval patterns below with the buttons — that trains next week's review.
Card Count Movement no baseline
53
active cards today
780
cumulative in Done
n/a
net change
No prior week's card count was found to diff against (see Prior-Week Learning Loop / Overlap Watch below) — this is either the first tracked run or the snapshot wasn't captured last Friday. Starting the baseline today: 53 active cards across Triage (4), Up Next (17), Priority for this week (11), Ready to Review (1), Brian (11), Team (9). Next Friday's review can report a real net change against this number. Goal remains card count trending down week over week.
Resolved Autonomously 3
Meal Log Family Mode — full 3-phase build shipped via jarvis-loop, adversarially reviewed (Fable + Codex, 3 passes, quality 7→8→9), 61/61 tests, deployed live. 6 real defects caught and fixed before Anthony ever saw them. 3 small decisions parked for him (API key, phone-width check, Yessi's Tailscale install).
Card 10234723895, Ready to Review column
Isabella Lima small-claims investigation — pulled the actual Miami-Dade docket, found the real story: we were never served, and the root cause is stale LLC registered-agent addresses in California (one pointing at Anthony's parents' old house). Recommended a $60 fix (3 LLC-12 filings) instead of engaging counsel, and correctly advised not contacting the plaintiff's attorney (would tip our best defense) and not reporting to the GL carrier (falls under deductible).
Card 10237392366, Brian column — Anthony completed 2 of 4 steps himself
Margie Fraud case — stayed closed. All 20 steps verified complete again this week (routine board-review check only, no new work needed).

Awaiting Your Call 5
Stocky shutdown (Aug 31) — Shopify's native forecasting tool dies in 3 days. Pick Prediko or Forthcast and export Stocky data before the cutoff.
AI Radar Fri 8/28, due 8/30
LibreDesk research, stalled — Claude claimed this research task 3 separate times (8/25, 8/26, 8/28) and never actually posted results. This is a real miss, not just a pending decision — see Feedback.
AI Radar Tue 8/25
Accounting follow-ups — send tax docs to Will before Monday's deadline; grant Camille GitHub repo access for ad-spend reporting.
Due 8/31
"Get my command centers on eg.com" — new card, just a Slack link so far, needs scoping before it can move.
Priority for this week
Truevault renewal — Anthony proposed to Brian: renew 6 months, negotiate 10-20% off, revisit Q1, instead of building a replacement now. Awaiting Brian's reply.
Brian column
Blocked 2
Anthony x Brian weekly sync follow-ups — "Strip Brian-identifying refs from keep-alive script" is waiting on Maddie's file delivery. Brian's two URGENT items (skills auto-push test, deterministic-install bug across test users) have been open since 8/19 with no new progress logged this week.
Waiting on: Maddie (script), Anthony (install repro)
AI Priority 4: L2 self-assessment — sequenced behind the L1 round finishing, and blocked structurally: 4 of the 12 L2 must-haves (Drive auto-backup, skill suggester, CLAUDE.md optimizer, hard-rules pack) still aren't in the eg-skills repo.
Waiting on: EG AI L2 build card (10175447306)
Auto-Trash Next Friday 0
No cards in the columns checked this week carry an explicit stale-flag date in the data the API returns, and none of the pulled cards look abandoned 30+ days with zero Anthony activity. Nothing scheduled for auto-trash next Friday. (Note: the 780-card Done column wasn't scanned card-by-card due to size — this check covered Triage, Up Next, Priority, Ready to Review, Brian, and Team.)
Feedback This Week 0 👍 / 0 👎
What I did right: the Isabella Lima investigation was the strongest work this week — went past the surface-level "we got sued" read, pulled the actual docket, found the real root cause (bad registered-agent addresses), and recommended the cheap fix instead of lawyering up.
What I got wrong: the LibreDesk/Gorgias-replacement research on the AI Radar Tuesday card. Claude posted "claiming this... I'll post results as a follow-up comment" three times across three days (8/25, 8/26, 8/28) and never once delivered the actual research. That's a stall dressed up as progress — worth fixing before it becomes a pattern.
No explicit 👍/👎 reactions from Anthony were found on PM comments this week (checked Triage, Up Next, Priority, Brian columns).
Proposed Auto-Approval Patterns 1
Default owner + due-date assignment on ownerless Corporate-Anthony cards
Jarvis auto-assigns new cards without an explicit owner/date to Anthony with a sensible default due date (e.g. AI Radar cards, weekly-sync follow-up cards). This happened 4 times this week alone with zero incidents or reversals.
Rationale: this is pure bookkeeping (no irreversible action, no external effect), it's been consistent and correct every time it's been checked, and it currently generates a review-worthy comment on every single card even though nobody has ever had to push back on it.

Open Questions For You 4
LibreDesk research — want me to actually finish and post it, or drop the Gorgias-replacement research angle entirely?
Isabella Lima — OK to file the 3 LLC-12 address changes to Diamond Bar ($60 total)?
Truevault — does Brian's answer on the 6-month renewal + discount ask need your nudge, or is that his call alone?
Corporate skills deterministic install bug — flagged URGENT by Brian on 8/19, still open 9 days later with no logged progress. Want this escalated to this week's top priority?
Duplicate / Overlap Watch instrumentation closed
The 2-week instrumentation window for this section closed 2026-08-24 (today is 2026-08-28). No prior weekly-review run or artifact could be located this week (checked all active board columns via search and column scan; the 780-card Done column wasn't fully scanned). That means there's no confirmed evidence of a prior run's overlap findings to compare against — the data is inconclusive, not "clean."
This week's own scan (across the cards actually pulled: Triage, Up Next, Priority, Ready to Review, Brian) found no real duplicate or overlapping work — no case of two agents/sessions covering the same ground. The one repeat pattern found (LibreDesk research claimed 3x on the same card) is a stall on a single task, not a cross-session duplicate.
Kill line reached: no confirmed data from prior runs, and near-zero real duplicates found in the runs that do exist. Recommend retiring this section rather than continuing to instrument for it.
