No week-over-week comparison this time: last Friday (08-14) didn't get a review posted, so there's no clean baseline. 66 active cards right now across all non-Done columns. Goal is this number trending down. Next week's review will have a real delta against today's 66.

Auto-Trash Next Friday 18 flagged

18 cards haven't been touched in 30+ days. Some are real tasks that stalled; a few (Leadership Ground Rules, Training for all managers, Medi-cal for parents) read more like standing reference docs than open tasks, worth a permanent "not stale" tag rather than a rescue-or-trash cycle every week.

Feedback This Week 0 thumbs, 1 real signal

Zero thumbs feedback on any proposed auto-approval pattern for the fourth straight week. The last review card (Aug 7) got no Anthony comment at all and was auto-trashed untouched.

What I got right: Margie Fraud closeout ran clean end to end with no rework needed. Camille and Will bi-weekly syncs got relayed and logged without you having to chase either of them.

What I got wrong / friction: Brian called the Weekly Log's Priority Plan section "noise to me." You agreed and committed to tightening the weekly-log skill's filter, same day (Aug 17). That fix hasn't shipped yet, worth checking it landed.

Proposed Auto-Approval Patterns 4 patterns, week 4-5

Step-by-step verified closeouts carried, week 5

Auto-close a card once every one of its steps has been individually verified complete, no separate closeout comment needed.

Access/login confirmation closeouts carried, week 5

Simple "confirm access is live" tasks get closed on a single yes/no check, no write action attached.

Automated intake-check flag-and-log carried, week 3

Recurring automated checks (e.g. HR invoice automation) post a flag or log entry without waiting for review, as long as no spend or write action is attached.

Vendor support ticket escalation cadence carried, week 3

Run the standard escalation ladder on stalled vendor tickets (e.g. Paycor) on schedule, without asking at each step. Still stops before agreeing to any pricing, contract, or cancellation terms.

Board-hygiene duplicate merges new this week

When the same automated integration posts two near-identical cards (e.g. this week's Yuma AI and Warehouse Bot follow-ups, each created 3 times), auto-merge the duplicates into one card as steps without asking, since nothing is lost either way.

Open Questions For You 5

  1. Four straight weekly reviews with zero engagement, including the last one going untouched and auto-trashed. Keep this format, or fold it into the Monday brief where you'll actually see it? Last week's card set the default to "fold in" if there's no answer by this Friday, that deadline is today.
  2. OK to collapse the OTE tag variants into one and have Pam auto-apply it, so the CS Quiz revenue-impact analysis has real data to run on?
  3. When can Will get 15 minutes to demo the AP/AR automation to Brian? It's built and waiting.
  4. Should Leadership Ground Rules, Training for all managers, and Medi-cal for parents be tagged as standing reference (never stale) instead of cycling through the auto-trash warning every few weeks?
  5. The weekly-log skill fix for Brian's "noise to me" feedback (agreed Aug 17), has that shipped yet?

Duplicate / Overlap Watch instrumentation, through 2026-08-24

Gathering evidence to decide whether a standalone cross-session duplicate resolver is worth building. This section retires after the run through 2026-08-24.
