45 active cards excluding Done (40 across the 5 working columns, plus 4 in Triage and 1 Not Now). Last week's card stated 36 working + 2 Triage = 38. That's a net +7 this week against a goal of trending down. Two things pulled it up: Triage grew from 2 to 4 (new drop-ins: Q2 Corporate AI goals, Demo Finaloop with Will, plus last week's own review card never got cleared, plus AI Radar Tuesday), and Up Next grew from 10 to 14. On the other side, the Priority and Brian on-hold sublists that existed last week (3 and 5 cards) both returned 404 on lookup this week, meaning they were either merged back into their parent columns or removed; I can't confirm which without Anthony's board view, so I'm not counting them as a clean reduction. Done column count (736 as of last count) was not independently re-verified this week per the skill's guidance to avoid enumerating all 736 cards; treat it as a known gap, not a claim.
Nothing hit a hard 30-day no-activity line this week. Three worth a direct call anyway:
Last week's two candidates ("Expectations" and "Close Cash balance") were not re-checked this week, carrying that as a gap rather than guessing at their current state.
Still zero thumbs feedback on any pattern proposed so far. The first two below carry over unchanged from last week; the last two are new, based on this week's actual resolved work.
When every step on a card has been individually verified complete, auto-close the card without waiting for review. The verification record stays on the card either way.
Simple "confirm access is live" tasks that resolve to a single verifiable yes/no via Slack or the source system, auto-close without a review step.
Recurring automated checks (like the HR Invoice automation) that flag an anomaly and log the evidence, with no spend or write action attached, post the flag without waiting for review. You still see it; nothing executes without you.
For a stalled vendor support ticket (like the Paycor case), run the standard escalation ladder (email follow-up, then portal comment, then chat/phone attempt) on a fixed schedule without asking permission at each step. Still stop and ask before agreeing to any pricing, contract, or cancellation term.
