No review card was posted June 26 or July 3 — the ~/.claude/skills/ deletion incident (see OKR Season Command Center memory) broke the cron for two weeks; it was restored July 4 with a tripwire watching for repeats. So there's no clean week-over-week trail for those two weeks, and I can't say with certainty how much of the 109→54 drop is genuine completions versus a bulk cleanup that happened during the incident recovery. 14 new cards landed this week (9 Triage, 2 Up Next, 3 Priority) — mostly auto-generated meeting follow-ups, the research digest, and quiz cards. I could not get a reliable count of cards completed/archived in the window; the Done column has 694 cards with no date filter available to me.
Honest gap: I swept ~30 recently-active cards across every working column and found zero new PM proposal/draft/research comments this week outside the recurring items above. The only substantive PM commentary in-window was 6 daily automated grading pushes on the Pam card. This section is thin because there genuinely wasn't much autonomous judgment work this week — not because I'm hiding it.
30+ days with no Anthony activity, across Team, Brian, Up Next, and Priority. This list nearly tripled since June 19 (was 5). Of the 5 flagged June 19, only Ardie got rescued — Medi-cal for parents, Joan, Anne, and the GitHub-backup tip all just kept aging untouched through the two missed Fridays.
None of these have ever actually been trashed — despite 3+ cycles of warnings, the auto-trash mechanism has only ever been a list, never an action. See Question 2.
~/.claude/skills/ deletion incident got diagnosed and a tripwire cron installed so a repeat doesn't silently break things again.Approve below to add these to my auto-approve list. Reject to keep them in review. This is how I graduate from "always ask" to "just do it." These are the same 3 patterns proposed on June 5, 12, and 19 — carried forward again since there's been no reaction yet.
Every Friday, auto-post the research digest card to Triage without waiting for review. Format is fixed, no judgment calls involved.
Create the weekly quiz cards (Marriage, Communication, CS, Habits) on their fixed schedule without surfacing to you. Same template every week, no decisions required.
Post system health insight cards (launchd errors, cron conflicts, token usage) to Triage automatically. If Claude determines the issue is critical, it escalates separately.
