Board has grown three consecutive weeks (+24 in May 29 week, +24 June 5 week, +17 this week). Intake is outpacing completions. First-touch interview may be too permissive, or execution bandwidth is the constraint. Either way: 109 active cards is a lot to hold in your head. Recommend tightening or doing a one-time purge sweep this week. See Question 6.
These 5 cards have had no Anthony activity in 30+ days. Same 5 from last week — none rescued. They will be trashed Friday June 26 unless you act before then.
Approve below to add these to my auto-approve list. Reject to keep them in review. This is how I graduate from "always ask" to "just do it."
Every Friday, auto-post the research digest card to Triage without waiting for review. Format is fixed, no judgment calls involved. I already post these — this just removes the implied "you should check it" overhead.
Create the weekly quiz cards (Marriage, Communication, CS, Habits) on their fixed schedule without surfacing to you. Same template every week, no decisions required, just clockwork.
Post system health insight cards (launchd errors, cron conflicts, token usage) to Triage automatically. If Claude determines the issue is critical, it escalates separately. Routine status cards should not block on review.
claude -p invocation (proper fix, 1 hr), (B) Skip that time slot permanently, (C) Replace with a lightweight script for the 4:30 PM check. Has been failing 13 days.
