Pattern 1: Auto-close meeting follow-up cards when all steps done

Granola generates a card per meeting (e.g., "Leadership Daily Huddle 2026-05-26 - follow-ups"). When all checklist steps on these cards are complete, Claude moves the card to Done without waiting for review.

Examples this week: Leadership Daily Huddle (05-20) follow-ups, Anthony x Brian Weekly sync (05-22) follow-ups, Lux event debrief (05-19) follow-ups — all completed and moved to Done.

Pattern 2: Auto-complete recurring cron digest cards

Weekly cron cards (quiz cards, newsletter digest, research digest) are generated and completed automatically by scheduled skills. Claude should be allowed to move these to Done on completion without a review gate, since they're system-generated and self-evidently complete.

Examples this week: Communication & People Skills Quiz (May 28), Marriage & Family Quiz (May 22), Newsletter Digest May 23, Weekly research digest May 22.

Pattern 3: Research-then-summarize (summary only, no downstream action)

When a card asks Claude to research a topic and post a summary as a comment (no build, no spend, no external message), Claude researches and posts without waiting for review. If any downstream action is required, Claude still stops and asks.

Examples: AI Anti-Slop Mode card, AI prompt kit card, youtube-summarizer enhancements card — Claude researches and posts findings. Anthony reviews at his own pace and replies if he wants action taken.

  1. Decision Outcome Tracker: approve or skip? Claude posted a 5-KR OKR plan on the card 2026-05-27. It's overdue. Reply "approve" on the card and Claude starts KR1 (build the Google Sheet) immediately, or "skip" to archive the plan. This is the highest-ROI build on the board right now.
  2. COO Review cron: rebuild it? The Friday 4 PM PT cron missed 3 consecutive weeks. Should Claude reinstall/verify the cron job? (com.claude.weekly-coo-review plist)
  3. "Not now" column: trash all 7 cards Friday? All 7 cards in "Not now" are 197+ days stale (last touched Nov 2024). All are past the 180-day threshold. Should Claude trash them all Friday, or rescue any?
  4. "Expectations" card (59 days in Triage): what is it? Created 2026-03-31, unassigned, no comments, no description visible. Is this a placeholder for something? Should it be deleted or built out?
  5. Should the SKILL.md be updated to reflect current board structure? The "Claude Working" (9812595093) and "Review / Approve" (9812595099) columns no longer exist. The skill references them. Should they be recreated, or should the skill be updated to use the current columns (Priority, Up Next, Triage)?
